The Emberweave Cloak is next. Best mobility boost for mages and hybrid casters. Lets you blink out of AoE zones without eating half your mana.
Its S-Tier cousin, the Chrono-Shroud, lets you rewind time for 1.2 seconds. Cool? Yes.
Practical? Rarely. And it costs a full raid run to open up.
